Ladders is seeking a Program Executive, Drug Development and Commercial to lead enterprise-level drug development and commercialization planning in a remote, milestone-driven environment.

The role requires translating complex development plans into clear actions, aligning strategy with execution, and partnering across functions to keep the program moving efficiently. Remote opportunity within the US.

For our client, we are seeking a Program Executive, Drug Development and Commercial to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will provide enterprise-level leadership across drug development and commercialization planning, with a strong focus on aligning strategy, execution, and cross-functional accountability. The successful candidate will help shape program direction, optimize operating cadence, and support critical decision-making in a highly regulated, milestone-driven environment. This is a remote opportunity for a leader who can translate complex development plans into clear actions while partnering across functions to keep the program moving efficiently.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $285,000 – $325,000 annually
