Qualifications

• 5-7 years of drug development experience with proven cross-functional leadership.
• Broad understanding of the drug development process across multiple functions.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable execution under constraints.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate a clear vision for the program to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and optimize the program team's effectiveness and accountability
• Develop and execute the program strategy and development plans
• Define program objectives and deliverables in partnership with the program team
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation to shape investments
• Develop decision-making scenarios to support program planning
• Serve as the key integration point with corporate processes while minimizing bureaucracy
