Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee the Camden County program, ensuring high-quality participant services, effective personnel management, and sound budget oversight.

The role requires leadership of intake, service planning, and wraparound approaches, with a focus on achieving contract compliance and positive outcomes for families. Strong communication and staff development are essential; some evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required with relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all services provided to participants and their families who are referred to the program. Ensure that all participants receive the appropriate hours, contacts, services, specified monies, and activities as required by contract with the referring authority or third-party payor.
• Oversee the intake process including interviewing referrals and appropriate family members. Develop and implement a wraparound service plan in collaboration with participants and family.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure staff implements goals in service plans and revisions as needed.
• Identify, recruit, hire, train, monitor, and supervise all direct service and administrative staff, ensuring qualifications meet requirements.
• Provide staff development and training, promote cross-training among staff.
• Attend staff meetings and training as assigned by Regional Director.
• Assist staff in problem solving and securing resources for participants and families; develop discharge plans with community linkages.
• Ensure timely submission of administrative, fiscal, and billing documents and reports to required authorities.
