The role ensures high-quality wraparound services in full compliance with contracts and regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing intake, service planning, and staff management, while coordinating with referral sources and stakeholders to sustain community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred.
• 1 year minimum of staff and budget management experience.
• Experience in community-based or human services programs preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and service planning processes.
• Ensure wraparound, strength-based service plans are implemented.
• Monitor services for alignment with goals and contracts.
• Ensure services are properly authorized by authorities or payors.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to staff.
• Lead regular staff meetings and drive high performance.
