Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the Delaware County Program. The role focuses on contract compliance, service delivery, intake and referrals, and case management to ensure high-quality services.

You will collaborate with law enforcement, schools, and community partners while supporting participants and families. The position requires strong communication, organization, and reporting skills, with a flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, School Counseling, or Youth Development.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families in a community-based setting.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office 365; EHR knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement, schools, community partners, youth, and families.
• Serve as a liaison between youth and community resources to support successful outcomes.
• Monitor and document participants' behavioral, emotional, and overall progress.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, progress notes, and case documentation on time.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, case reviews, and community collaborations.
• Support program operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with program standards.
