Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with commensurate experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in youth services or community-based programs.
• 1+ year in supervisory or program management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and development of individualized service plans.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure alignment with program goals and contracts.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and supervise direct service and administrative staff.
• Provide staff development and cross-training opportunities.
• Lead staff meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Develop discharge plans with community linkages for post-service support.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, billing, and documentation.
• Manage local program within budget parameters.
• Identify opportunities for program growth and innovations.
