Job summary

New England Center and Home for Veterans seeks a Program Director for the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program to lead day-to-day operations and ensure grant compliance, serving veterans and families across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will supervise a multidisciplinary team, partner with VA resources, deliver training, and coordinate outreach and enrollment while maintaining clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW or LMHC required; LCSW may be considered.
• 5+ years experience working with vulnerable populations.
• 3–5 years direct supervisory and program management experience.
• Experience in suicide prevention programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the SPGP and ensure grant deliverables.
• Hire and supervise staff to support productivity and professional development.
• Collaborate with partners to engage veterans at risk and connect them to services.
