Job summary

NECHV in Massachusetts seeks a Program Director for the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program (SSG Fox SPGP). The Licensed Mental Health Clinician will lead day-to-day operations, ensure grant compliance, supervise a team of clinicians and case workers, and coordinate services for 200 Veterans and their families across MA and NH.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with LICSW/LMHC (or CSW) credentials.
• Minimum 5 years serving vulnerable populations including homelessness and trauma.
• 3–5 years of direct supervisory and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the SPGP and ensure grant deliverables.
• Hire, onboard, and supervise team members to support productivity and professional development.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement to enroll Veterans at risk of suicide and connect to care.
