Job summary

Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services seeks a Full Time Program Manager to lead the SSGT Fox SPGP/Call Sign HOPE grant startup team. The role focuses on suicide prevention for veterans in the service area, with responsibilities spanning outreach, case management, and team coordination.

You will supervise the HOPE team, align with Ridgeview’s mission, and ensure grant compliance while engaging with advisory councils and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (master’s preferred).
• If Bachelor's isn't in social sciences or mental health or lacks 15+ credits, relevant training will be provided after hire.
• Lived military experience/veteran status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for all components of the SSGT Fox SPGP/Call Sign HOPE Grant program.
• Supervises the team and coordinates outreach, case management, peer services, documentation, and processes.
• Engages in advisory council meetings and coordinates warm hand-offs for referrals.
