Job summary

AAPCI seeks a Program Director for Glenmore Manor in Brooklyn, NY to oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations. You will supervise staff, implement policies, and coordinate programs to meet tenant needs across health, housing, and supportive services.

You will lead training, hiring, and performance reviews while coordinating cross-departmental efforts and reporting to regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• MA, MSW, or MS in Human Services or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive work experience in the field.
• Experience with dually-diagnosed individuals and/or families.
• Experience with populations such as mental health, substance use, homelessness and supportive housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site service delivery and compliance with contracts and targets.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff; ensure timely completion of targets and benchmarks.
• Hire, train, and evaluate program personnel; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures per funder and regulatory requirements.
• Organize program activities to achieve contract goals and performance targets; lead interdepartmental meetings.
• Ensure accurate reporting for DOHMH, OTDA, OMH and internal management.
