Acacia Network, Bronx, NY, is seeking an Assistant Program Director to oversee the Promesa Community Residence and related OMH-funded programs. You will supervise staff, manage documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance across departments.

The role requires a Master’s in human services, LMSW/LMHC eligibility, and at least 3 years in social services with supervisory experience. Flexibility for evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field with LMSW/LMHC eligibility.
• At least 3 years’ experience in social services with supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to respond to after-hours needs and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator in managing OMH-funded programs across Community Residences.
• Oversee operations of all departments ensuring regulatory compliance and procedures.
• Supervise Community Residence staff and monitor daily documentation.
• Prepare program reports and participate in quality assurance reviews.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and census management.
