Job summary

Acacia Network seeks an Assistant Program Director to oversee the Promesa Community Residence and Apartment Treatment Program in accordance with NYSOMH standards. Under the Program Administrator, you will supervise intake services and help implement care, resources, and measurable outcomes for residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the human service field; LMSW or LMHC preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in social services and some supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to respond to after-hours calls for program management and building emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the residences with the co-Assistant Director.
• Supervise Community Residence staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare and report program evaluations and outcomes to the Administrator.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and census management.
• Liaise with referral agencies and external partners.
