Qualifications

• Possess strong supervision skills with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation and risk management of Impact Community Services Sponsored Residential program for adults with disabilities.
• Leads and collaborates with the Residential Team to implement administrative, operational, programmatic, and risk management objectives.
• Monitors programs and ensures ISP/Person Centered Plan implementation; participates in Interdisciplinary Team meetings.
• Oversees investigations of incidents and ensures rights of individuals and staff are respected; handles reports of violations and grievances.
• Submit documents and incident reports to required agencies; coordinates with managers for variance requests and human rights activities.
