Job summary

Websitecommerce seeks a Program Manager to direct daily operations of a community-based residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, ensure licensing compliance, and coordinate interdisciplinary planning to meet individuals’ needs.

The role requires a four-year degree in a related field or an equivalent path, with strong communication skills, budgeting and supervision responsibilities. Flexible schedule and driving are included.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in social services or related field and one year of full-time experience in the field of developmental disabilities, or two-year degree with related experience and additional pathways.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
• Available for flexible full-time schedule including some evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, personal auto, and driving record meeting insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight, technical guidance, and feedback to staff.
• Lead and participate in program operations, including licensing and compliance.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs and activities for individuals served.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and resource management.
• Drive Hammer & NER vehicle to activities and participate in community integration.
• Ensure safety, health, and welfare of individuals served and maintain accurate documentation.
