Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Deliver products through the design process to completion, plan and direct schedules and budgets, and monitor projects from inception to delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign work to system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, not specialized functional expertise, though technical team members may be involved. The position requires a Senior Program Management Professional capable of governance across operational and strategic portfolios, with strong leadership, presentation skills to C-level executives, and proficiency in portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Must be able to quickly assimilate information, make informed decisions, handle multiple priorities, and manage strategic relationships, including issue escalation and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP as needed
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance to senior management
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategy implementation
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, experience with State Master Files, advanced Excel skills for large data sets
