Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception to delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management with technical team members as needed. Senior Program Management professional responsible for overall governance across operational and strategic portfolios, requiring strong management, leadership, and presentation skills to C-level executives. Must be able to drive structure, organize work, and utilize portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Needs to quickly assimilate information, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively. Handles multiple priorities and ambiguity, overseeing strategic and operational portfolios and managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT. Manages issue escalation and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates implementation and compliance gaps to senior management
• Develops business case methodologies, strategies, and facilitates activities across units
