Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and project budgets, and monitors projects from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. The focus is on project/program management, with technical team members as needed. The role requires senior program management skills, including governance, leadership, and experience presenting to C-level executives. Must be able to drive structure, organize, and utilize project management tools and methodologies effectively. The candidate should be a logical, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and ambiguity, and managing strategic relationships.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP.
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to meet critical needs.
• Escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance.
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience

7-9 years.

Preferred Education

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

10+ years.

Preferred License, Certification, Association

CPHQ.
