Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plans and directs schedules and project budgets. Monitors projects from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. Focuses on project/program management rather than specialized functional expertise, though technical team members may be involved. Senior Program Management professional responsible for overall governance across all operational and strategic portfolios, requiring strong management and leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and proficiency with portfolio and project management methodologies and tools. Must be an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and ambiguity, overseeing strategic and operational portfolios, and managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT. Manages issue escalation/resolution processes.

Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience
7-9 years.
Preferred Education
Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years.
