Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and project budgets, and monitors the project from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, requiring strong leadership, governance, and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives. The candidate should be well-versed in portfolio and project management tools and methodologies, capable of making informed decisions quickly, and adept at handling multiple priorities and ambiguity. Responsibilities include managing strategic relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation and resolution.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-9 years
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, including State Master Files, with advanced Excel skills handling large data sets
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
