Job Description

The Program Director is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. They oversee the entire project lifecycle from design to completion, including planning schedules, managing budgets, and monitoring progress. The role may also involve engaging external vendors and supervising system analysis and program staff. The primary focus is on project and program management, requiring strong leadership, governance, and strategic planning skills. The candidate should be experienced in presenting to C-level executives, managing multiple priorities, and using portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. The role includes managing strategic relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manage programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP.
• Serve as industry Subject Matter Expert in the functional area and lead programs to meet critical needs.
• Identify and escalate gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance.
• Develop business case methodologies and coordinate business strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

7-9 years.

Preferred Education

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

10+ years.

Preferred License, Certification, Association

CPHQ.

Compensation

Pay Range: $80,412 - $188,164 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
