Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products from design to completion. Plans and directs schedules and budgets, monitors projects from inception through delivery, and may oversee external vendors. Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. This role focuses on project/program management, not specialized technical expertise, though technical team members may be involved. Must be a Senior Program Management Professional with strong leadership skills, experience presenting to C-level executives, and extensive knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies. Responsible for overall governance across operational and strategic project portfolios, managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Manages programs with staff and matrixed resources, with oversight from AVP and VP
• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert and leads programs to meet critical needs
• Escalates implementation and compliance gaps to senior management
• Develops business case methodologies and coordinates business strategy implementation
• Collaborates with other units at corporate and Molina Plans

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience

7-9 years

Preferred Education

Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

10+ years Provider Data Operations experience, including State Master Files, advanced Excel skills with large data sets

Preferred License, Certification, Association

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL delivery experience
