Job Description
Job Summary
The Program Director is responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. The role involves delivering products through the entire design process to completion, planning and directing schedules and budgets, monitoring projects from inception through delivery, and engaging external vendors as needed. The director assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. This position focuses on project/program management, requiring strong leadership, governance, and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives. The role demands the ability to drive structure, organize workflows, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, overseeing strategic and operational portfolios and managing relationships with Corporate EPMO and IT.
