Job Summary: Responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. Delivers products through the design process to completion, plans and directs schedules and project budgets, and monitors projects from inception through delivery. May oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff.
This role focuses on project/program management rather than specialized functional expertise, though technical team members may be involved. The Senior Program Management professional is responsible for overall governance across all operational and strategic portfolios, requiring strong management and leadership skills. The candidate should be experienced in presenting to C-level executives, managing portfolios and projects, and using project management tools and methodologies. Must be able to quickly assimilate information, make informed decisions, and handle multiple priorities and ambiguity. The role includes managing strategic relationships with the Corporate EPMO and IT, and overseeing issue escalation and resolution.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Experience: 7-9 years.
Preferred Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience: 10+ years.
Preferred License/Certification: CPHQ.

Pay Range: $80,412 - $188,164 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
