The Program Director will be responsible for managing internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. The role includes delivering products through the design process to completion, planning and directing schedules and budgets, and monitoring projects from inception through delivery. The director may also oversee external vendors and assign, direct, and monitor system analysis and program staff. This position primarily focuses on project/program management, requiring strong leadership skills, experience in portfolio and project management tools and methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. The role involves managing strategic relationships and overseeing both strategic and operational portfolios.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 7-9 years
Preferred Education: Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience: 10+ years
Preferred License, Certification, Association: CPHQ
