This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, strong leadership and budgeting abilities, and a commitment to a respectful, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field is required.
• Experience in management and working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
• Strong decision-making and time-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage residential and/or day programs for individuals with IDD.
• Provide leadership and team building for staff across programs.
• Ensure services align with person-centered practices and licensing requirements.
• Direct care as needed and manage program budgets and operations.
