The role blends direct care with supervisory responsibilities to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and at least three years of supervisory experience in human services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field is preferred.
• Three years’ experience supervising staff in human services.
• Valid US Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Valid liability vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health, and autism spectrum disorders.
• Balance direct care and supervisory duties; ensure staff coverage and training.
