Dungarvin is hiring a Program Director to oversee and coordinate assigned programs serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs. You will lead staff, ensure program goals, supervise operations, and foster person-centered supports across settings.

This full-time role includes on-call responsibilities, staff orientation and ongoing training, budget oversight, and collaboration with families and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field is required.
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least 2 years in management and working with developmental or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and program coordination including orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor all aspects of the program including individuals' goals and plans.
• Oversee operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the programs.
