Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director to oversee residential and/or day programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role blends direct care with supervisory duties and requires coordinating staff to ensure high-quality supports.

Responsibilities include guiding orientation and training, developing individual goals, and managing operations such as medical, financial and maintenance aspects under site leadership. Hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Minimum 1 year full-time direct experience with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience working with development disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Successful background clearance required during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the assigned program(s) (residential and/or day program).
• Direct care and supervisory duties with a focus on ensuring person-centered supports.
