Dungarvin is hiring a Program Supervisor to oversee staff across assigned programs and ensure high-quality support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate services, and provide training while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, documentation, and safety protocols. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.
• Provide training for employees
• Conduct monthly staff meetings
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
