Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Program Director to lead the Cornerstone Specialty Hospital rehabilitation program. You will provide strategic leadership, set direction, and oversee operations to ensure exceptional clinical quality and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have active PT/OT/SLP licenses, proven leadership experience in healthcare, and a strong grasp of rehabilitation operations. This role supports growth and team engagement within a LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field, business administration, public relations, human services, or a related discipline.
• Active, unrestricted professional license is required.
• Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare or human services.
• Extensive rehabilitation experience with understanding of clinical operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with geriatric and physically disabled populations preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare technology platforms.
• Reliable transportation for travel as required.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will possess an active Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) license. Additional requirements include:

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field, business administration, public relations, human services, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with a clinical background must maintain an active, unrestricted professional license in accordance with state requirements.
• Proven leadership and management experience within a healthcare or human services setting.
• Extensive rehabilitation experience and a strong understanding of clinical operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
