Lifepoint Health is seeking a Program Director / Director of Rehabilitation for Mercy Hospital Ada, OK. This full-time role leads the rehabilitation program with responsibility for clinical quality, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PT/OT/SLP or RN program.
• Active licensure in the applicable clinical field per state requirements.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in inpatient rehab management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inpatient rehabilitation program's clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
• Supervise and develop staff; provide ongoing training and support.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent the rehab program in internal and external meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in inpatient rehab management preferred.

Mercy Hospital Ada, Oklahoma, is a 159-bed, acute-care facility serving Pontotoc County and the surrounding areas in south-central Oklahoma. Our hospital provides vital health care services to the Ada and surrounding communities

How you’ll contribute

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

What we’re looking for

• Degree from an accredited PT, OT, SLP or RN program
• Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Sleep Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse License in State (Oklahoma) or other experienced healthcare leaders with relevant leadership experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
