Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Program Director for the Glendale Memorial Hospital rehabilitation program. This full-time exempt role leads administrative, clinical, and financial operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires a bachelor’s in a clinical discipline or healthcare management, with a master’s preferred, and at least 3 years in rehab leadership. Salary range reflects market norms in California’s healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
• Supervises and develops staff; provides ongoing training and support.
• Analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

How You'll Contribute

A Program Director who excels in this role is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management required with a master's degree preferred. Additional requirements include:

• Experience: minimum of 3 years in rehab leadership or administration. Experience in inpatient rehab management preferred. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills required.
• License: valid clinical license as applicable by state.

Salary range: $140,000/$145,000/yr
