Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading community partnerships, stakeholder management, or external relations functions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance, workflow quality, and professional development.
• Knowledge of case management operations and compliance requirements, including documentation standards, service planning, referrals, and outcome tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the program’s partnership strategy to support contract deliverables, participant needs, and organizational growth.
• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate partnerships with service providers, employers, community-based organizations, and government stakeholders.
• Lead partnership negotiations, define collaboration models, and set partnership performance expectations aligned with contract outcomes.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize partnership terms, including MOUs/partner agreements, for review and signature.
• Oversee case management staff and related support roles, ensuring intake, assessment, service planning, and outcome tracking standards.
• Coordinate with fiscal/operations staff on processes related to support, documentation, and audits.
• Maintain knowledge of reporting, privacy requirements, and monitoring expectations.

Education

Associate's degree in the Social Sciences

Master’s Degree Preferred
