Job summary

WestCare California Inc. seeks an experienced leader to provide clinical and administrative oversight for its program. You will coordinate client care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensure program operations run smoothly.

The role requires supervision, regulatory knowledge, strong documentation, and the ability to manage budgets and reports. You will liaise with CDCR and other agencies, supporting grant planning and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of admin experience in addiction treatment for criminal justice population.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience with knowledge of program performance indicators.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency, substance abuse, and personality dynamics of the substance abuser.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations; good documentation skills; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership and supervision to the program and operations.
• Act as liaison to Deputy Administrator and external groups to promote collaboration.
• Assist in grant planning and potential funding opportunities.
• Oversee program evaluation and outcome studies; implement QA and Utilization Review systems.
• Monitor compliance with agency standards and regulations; prepare comprehensive reports.
