Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the program.
• Ensure services align with grant, VA, and WestCare requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program procedures and workflows.
• Monitor budget, expenditures, and grant reporting to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with VA facilities and community partners.
• Lead staff training on veteran suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and program requirements.
