Job summary

WestCare Foundation in Stockton seeks a seasoned leader to provide clinical and administrative oversight for the program, coordinating client care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality services.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent admin experience in addiction treatment, plus at least three years of supervisory experience and solid knowledge of state and federal regulations. Strong ethical standards and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in Addiction Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; or five years of administrative experience in substance abuse treatment/recovery in criminal justice.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience with knowledge of program performance indicators and management capabilities.
• Knowledge of chemical dependency, substance abuse, and regulations; ability to obtain CDCR and LEIE clearances; CPR and First Aid certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership and supervision to the program and operations.
• Coordinate with Deputy Administrator and external groups to promote collaboration; attend Board/Advisory Board meetings as required.
• Serve as liaison to CDCR; ensure data submission to CDCR and ADP; manage program budget and fiscal tracking.
