Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director to oversee IDD services across multiple programs in Minnesota. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate direct supports, health care, advocacy, and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State requirements or regulations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community.
• Organize and implement direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, and advocacy.
• Oversee staffing, hiring decisions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure services are engaging, relevant, and compliant with regulations.
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
