Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs, including direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee program staff performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations
• Ensure services are delivered in a way that is engaging and relevant to individuals served
• Be available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed
