Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking an Operational Program Director to lead and coordinate programs for individuals with ID, DD, and related needs in the Minnesota region. The role blends direct care with supervisory duties to ensure high-quality, person-centered supports.

The OPD must be flexible, able to cover on-call duties, and capable of managing staff across shifts while aligning with licensing requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• 245D Designated Manager status per MN licensing requirements.
• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human service field per requirements from 245D Designated Manager qualifications.
• Valid United States Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle background check per Dungarvin policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of programs serving individuals with ID, DD, and related needs.
• Maintain on-call availability for emergencies.
• Ensure direct service shifts are staffed by qualified personnel and oriented properly.
• May perform direct service up to 16 hours per week unless notified otherwise.
