Job summary

Catholic Charities seeks a Program Director to oversee daily program operations and work with case management staff to resolve client issues across the SF Bay Area. You will liaise with property owners and service providers to ensure housing stability and coordinated care.

You will supervise staff, develop and evaluate program policies, monitor budgets with the Associate Deputy Director, and ensure compliance with contracts and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Five years of related program management experience.
• Experience working with homeless population preferred.
• Experience navigating housing markets expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and supervise program staff.
• Develop and implement program policies, procedures and standards.
• Monitor contracts and coordinate with contractors and funders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for contractors and funders.
• Maintain data systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
