Medtranic plc is seeking a Program Director, EPT Field Strategic Operations & Initiatives to partner with the VP and leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans and measurable milestones. The role oversees a portfolio of strategic initiatives, tracks progress, and manages dependencies and resources to enable successful execution.

Competenze

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 7+ years of managerial experience).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional end to end initiatives.
• Track record of achieving desired business outcomes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Experience leading strategic planning or business operations processes.
• Background in healthcare, medical technology, commercial operations, field organizations, or training and education.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and project management tools.
