Job summary

Chemring Energetic Devices (CED) is seeking a Program Manager II to lead a segment within the PMO, coordinating with multiple project managers to align schedules, budgets, and deliverables across related projects. The role involves integrating project activities, managing risks, and ensuring performance against defined baselines in a dynamic defense environment.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, PMP or equivalent within one year, and minimum 3 years of

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; PMP preferred within one year.
PMO leadership and program management experience in Aviation/Aerospace/Defense.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional IPT to achieve program success.
Organize program work using the program plan and monitoring approach.
Oversee cost, schedule and technical baseline within program constraints.
Coordinate with PMO leadership to create standards, processes and delivery approaches.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and document meeting minutes.
Monitor progress and report trends and budget or schedule risk.
