Job summary

Tierra del Sol Foundation is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee the delivery and quality of services for adults with developmental disabilities. You will lead Program Managers and DSPs, ensuring alignment with ISP and PPML, and promote meaningful employment and education outcomes.

In this role you will collaborate with families, Regional Center representatives, community partners, and educators to uphold high standards of person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employment services.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and funding agencies.
• Experience providing training, case management, and positive behavior support to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to train staff effectively via task analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to coach staff and associates on workplace expectations and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Managers and DSPs and oversee program delivery.
• Monitor ISP and PPML alignment and person-centered planning.
• Develop and monitor quality assurance systems for high-quality services.
• Maintain partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
• Oversee transportation coordination and community integration initiatives.
• Provide program coverage and direct services as needed.
