Job summary

HopeTree Family Services is seeking a Staff Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals in our DDM programs (Group Home, Day Services, Community Engagement, etc.). The role focuses on day-to-day supervision, coaching, and mentoring to staff, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for individuals with I/DD.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of I/DD experience and supervisory experience, plus a degree in Human Services or related field.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with I/DD.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Human Services or related field.
• Ability to provide exceptional leadership, emotional maturity, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in DDM programs.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and program operations.
• Ensure compliance with DDM policies, regulations, and codes of ethics.
• Coordinate with CSBs and other providers to assess risks and needs.
• Maintain regular documentation including goals, progress notes, and records.
• Lead monthly team meetings and on-call coverage as needed.
• Promote person-centered, least restrictive, community-integrated supports.
