Job summary

Our Town Studios is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead service delivery, oversee caseloads, and supervise DSP staff to ensure quality outcomes for individuals supported. The role requires guiding teams in alignment with standards, promoting compassionate, person-centered supports.

You will collaborate with the Supportive Living Coordinator and administrative staff to maintain consistent, compliant services and strong communication with families and guardians.

Qualifications

• Experience in developmental disabilities services, preferably in supervisory or coordination role.
• Leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams while maintaining accountability.
• Empathy and genuine care for people and their goals.
• Adaptability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management: provide oversight and support for each person served and their goals.
• Staff supervision: schedule, train, and mentor DSPs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation, billing, and program records for accuracy and compliance.
• Incident management: promptly report and follow up on Unusual Incidents (UIs) and Major UIs.
• Team collaboration: partner with coordinators, administrative staff, and DSPs to ensure consistency across services.
• Communication liaison: serve as a key contact for families, guardians, and county board staff.
• Problem solving: address issues creatively to improve client and staff experience.
