Qualifications

• Experience in developmental disabilities services, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Strong leadership and accountability to guide a team.
• Empathy and a client-centered approach to supports.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management oversight for individuals served.
• Staff supervision: scheduling, training, and mentoring DSPs.
• Quality assurance: audit documentation and program records for accuracy.
• Incident management: promptly report and follow up on UIs and MUIs.
• Team collaboration with Supportive Living Coordinator and admin staff.
• Clear communication with families, guardians, and county staff.
• Problem solving to improve client and staff experience.
