Job summary

The Fedcap Group, through Fedcap NYC Inc., seeks a Program Director to lead the Bedford Stuyvesant Jobs-Plus program in NYC. You will supervise staff, oversee outcomes, develop programs, and manage the program budget while partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least five years in a progressively responsible leadership role in social services or related fields.
• Proven success with performance outcomes and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of compliance and evidence-based practices in human services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Bedford Stuyvesant Jobs-Plus program, supervise staff, and manage the program budget.
• Oversee performance outcomes, develop programs, and engage with community partners.
• Liaise with HRA and agency partners; supervise the Assistant Director and key roles.
• Represent the program to government and organizational partners and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide program oversight of financial, policy, and administrative activities and systems.
