Job summary

BronxWorks in New York City seeks a seasoned Program Director to oversee Access to Benefits, PACT RAD, Adult Protective Services and Rapid Rehousing for DV Survivors. You’ll lead program sites, develop budgets, ensure funding compliance, and represent the agency in external meetings and coalitions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, with 5–7 years in social services and 3–5 years supervisory experience. Travel within NYC may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and knowledge of public benefits systems.
• Five to seven years of experience in a social services agency with contract management.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Access to Benefits, PACT RAD, Adult Protective Services and Rapid Rehousing programs.
• Provide cross-programmatic support to ensure smooth operations across Benefits sites.
• Develop budgets, write proposals, and ensure regulatory and funding compliance.
• Represent BronxWorks at external meetings and lead interagency collaborations.
• Lead and mentor program directors; set goals and plan department programs.
