Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience and 5+ years of experience supporting vulnerable populations within human services, social services, behavioral health, residential programs, or a related field.
• Experience within homeless services, shelter operations, supportive housing, or community-based programs is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic case management or program reporting systems is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, crisis management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and drive operational excellence are required.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee daily program operations, establish performance goals, monitor outcomes, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop program staff while supporting hiring, performance management, training, and professional development.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
• Operational Oversight: Manage program resources, oversee reporting, monitor performance metrics, and implement operational improvements to support program success.
• Client Services: Promote client-centered service delivery while ensuring programs effectively meet participant needs and organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, community organizations, and external stakeholders to support program initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and achieve organizational goals.
