Job summary

CAMBA Inc. is seeking a Program Director to oversee a portfolio of transitional housing and supportive services in Brooklyn, NY. You will manage program operations, supervision, and ensure alignment with funder contracts and CAMBA policies.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field with LCSW/LMHC licensure and at least two years of supervisory experience in housing programs. Strong communication and Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field with an active LCSW or LMHC license.
• At least two years of experience supervising supportive housing programs.
• Experience with nonprofit/human-services settings and understanding of contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and staff and ensure confidentiality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program and ensure program targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/city policies and funder requirements.
• Train and supervise staff and coordinate with CAMBA management on program priorities.
• Prepare contract reports and performance data for CAMBA and funders.
